When we moved to Spain with our horses, we quickly realized the challenge: finding a suitable property with the right equestrian facilities is far more difficult than it seems.
We missed a website that provided relevant information about properties. We missed a real estate agent who truly understood the needs of horse owners and could guide us clearly through the necessary permits.
What surprised us most was how poorly many properties were presented – low-quality photos, incomplete information, and listings that didn’t reflect the true potential of the homes.
We felt that the support for buying and selling could be done much better – and that’s exactly why we started Finca & Caballos.
Our mission is to help others make their dream a reality: living in Spain with your horses. Finca & Caballos is a collaboration between Radna Jannink and Annemarie van Toorn, combining experience and a passion for equestrian life.
Radna Jannink
Radna is a dressage rider and trainer with many years of experience in the equestrian world. For over 10 years she has been mediating in the sales of international of sport horses. With her broad equestrian network and background as a trainer, she knows exactly what an equestrian facility needs. Radna moved to Valencia in 2023.
Annemarie van Toorn
Annemarie has a background as an equestrian lawyer. She combines legal expertise with a sharp eye for realistic possibilities for keeping horses in Spain. Annemarie lived in Valencia for two years and has recently settled in Catalonia.
