About Finca & Caballos
When we moved to Spain with our horses, we quickly realized the challenge: finding a suitable property with the right equestrian facilities is far more difficult than it seems.
During our search, we learned how important it would be to have a trusted agent to help us find suitable properties and to help us understand the specific requirements of equestrian properties- from suitable land and facilities to the possibilities and regulations that come with them.
We felt that the support for buying and selling could be done much better – and that’s exactly why we started Finca & Caballos, an equestrian real estate agency dedicated to horse properties in Spain.
Our mission is to help others make their dream a reality: living in Spain with your horses. Finca & Caballos is a collaboration between Radna Jannink and Annemarie van Toorn, combining experience and a passion for equestrian life.
Radna Jannink
Annemarie van Toorn
Annemarie has a background as an equestrian lawyer. She combines legal expertise with a sharp eye for realistic possibilities for keeping horses in Spain.
Annemarie runs a law practice in Rotterdam. Over the past two years she spent significant time in Valencia while travelling regularly between the Netherlands and Spain. She has recently relocated to Catalonia an continues to divide her time between both countries.
