Do you only sell equestrian properties?
While most of our listings are horse-friendly fincas, we also represent select countryside homes that offer peace, privacy, and space — even without stables. What matters most is lifestyle and quality.
I live abroad — can you help me buy a finca in Spain?
Absolutely. Many of our clients purchase while living abroad.
We can organise video viewings and guide you through every step until you arrive in Spain.
Where can I find the property listings?
We often work discreetly with owners and agents, so not every finca is shown online. If you share your preferences through our search form, we will personally send you options that might fit.
Do you charge buyers for your service?
We do not charge the buyer any upfront fees for our services, however, if a property is purchased through us, de buyer pays a commission for our services upon successful completion of the transaction.
Do you charge sellers for your service?
For sellers our fees are tailored to the specific property and services required. We would be happy to discuss the details with you once you contact us. Please feel free to reach out to us any time for further information.
